Rina Palenkova, a 16-year-old Russian girl, ended her own life by hurling herself onto the train tracks. Before doing so, she posted a selfie to the community in which the train could be seen moving along with a caption that actually said, “Goodbye.” The younger Rina Palenkova, who was about to receive her degree in computer science from the Far Eastern Technological University, was described by various Russian media outlets as a calm and happy person who showed no signs or indications of problems that would have prompted her to make this choice.
