Mandy Rose won over Raquel Gonzalez at Halloween Havoc in October 2021 to win the inaugural NXT Women’s Championship of her career. After that, Toxic Attraction’s founders merged the championship with the NXT British Women’s Championship, creating a new title.
Shayna Baszler’s tenure as NXT Women’s Champion ended after 416 days, making Mandy Rose’s reign the second-longest ever by a matter of days.
On his Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T lauded Rose and her Toxic Attraction team for standing out for the company:
