According to sources, the 29-year-old accused — who has yet to be billed in link with any of the attacks — allegedly assaulted the 43-year-old woman as she went for a run at Pier 45 around 5:30 a.m.

He’s also wanted in connection with the child molestation of another jogger on March 27 at Pier 40, as well as the attempted sexual assault of a third woman on October 6.

The alleged serial sex offender was apprehended Thursday at the Port Authority bus station after using the credit cards among the most prominent leader at a Target in Midtown.

He has a history of petit larceny and assault, and he was most recently living in a Manhattan downtown homeless shelter.
